I was the reference of scientist for my lay friends and family and I started to write a blog to answer their (many times funny) questions about science, life and the universe.
It was extremely fun and productive. I probably learned more than anyone else.
I stoped writing there in 2016 and moved on to other projects. The historical blog is hosted in the Scienceblogs condominium at the University of Campinas.
