I had more than 10 years of training as a scientist and I heard the word ‘business plan’ for the first time when I was 37, already a tenured professor for 5 years. I made my academic mission not to let the same thing to happen with students from my university. So I created an undergrad course on entrepreneurship for biotech scientists
